And CMI Level 7 Certificate and Diploma – for Senior Managers and Specialists who are organising, Managing, and Monitoring, the provision of Coaching and Mentoring services in their organisations.

Both – depending on the experience of the provider – are also valuable qualifications for independent Consultants who offer Coaching and/or Mentoring services to organisational clients.

Valentine’s Day is celebrated on February 14 by many people throughout the world. It is the day on which partners, married couples, boyfriends and girlfriends express their love and affection for each other.

Traditionally, this has been by posting Valentine’s cards, presenting flowers, or offering confectionery.

However, although many still do that, many millions now use the internet – sending messages via social media and sending e-cards – or text affectionate messages using their mobile phones.

Change Management specialist.
