Diploma in Leadership Level 5

The Edexcel BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Leadership is a UK nationally accredited and internationally recognised professional development programme. This distance learning course is designed to provide comprehensive knowledge and understanding for those working, in any business sector, in team leader, supervisor, or management positions, or those who wish to learn more about this aspect of management.

The content is also suitable for Owner Managers and Consultants who wish to obtain a specialist level of knowledge of Leadership styles and approaches.

Progression

Students who wish to move on and develop their knowledge and understanding of other business areas can study for other Level 5 Diplomas, in Events Management, Human Resources Management, Supply Chain Management, or Marketing Management, or for more general management, study for a Diploma in Management Studies DMS or Level 6 Diploma in Project Management.

Entry Requirements

The student must:

  • be over 21 years of age
  • have at least three years of work experience

or be

  • an Owner Manager wishing to develop and grow their organisation
  • a Consultant with corporate clients.
