About the Course

The Edexcel BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Leadership is a UK nationally accredited and internationally recognised professional development programme. This online distance learning course is designed to provide comprehensive knowledge and understanding for those working, in any business sector, in team leader, supervisor, or management positions, or those who wish to learn more about this aspect of management.

The content is also suitable for Owner Managers and Consultants who wish to obtain a specialist level of knowledge of Leadership styles and approaches.

The Edexcel BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Leadership consists of six units.

Progression

Students wishing to gain higher level qualifications can progress smoothly on to the HND Degree Foundation course in business and management. The Edexcel BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Leadership course will also gain you exemptions from the HND in Business and Management. The Diploma in Leadership can also gain you entry onto the Level 7 Edexcel BTEC courses in Strategic Management and Leadership.

The student must:

  • have at least one year's work experience in a management position

Tutor Support

Following registration, you will be allocated a UK-based tutor, who will be available by telephone, fax, and email to discuss your coursework and give advice and guidance on assignments.

Course Delivery

The course is a self study course. It is delivered via a Online Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) called Moodle. Please contact us if you require any further information.

Each Unit typically takes about 4 to 6 weeks.

Study Fees

£1300 GBP, plus £116.76 GBP Edexcel Registration Fee. The course fees cover all study materials, personal tutor support and assessments.
