Certificate in Leadership Level 5

The Edexcel BTEC Level 5 Certificate in Leadership is a UK nationally accredited and internationally recognised professional development programme. This distance learning course is designed to provide a wide range of knowledge and understanding for those working, in any business sector, in team leader, supervisor, or management positions, or those who wish to learn more about this aspect of management.

The content is also suitable for Owner Managers and Consultants who wish to increase their knowledge of Leadership styles and approaches.

Progression

Students wishing to gain higher level qualifications in this field can progress smoothly on to the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership, giving them a highly respected professional qualification.

As the Certificate is a stand-alone qualification, students who wish to develop their knowledge and understanding of other business areas can study for other Level 5 Certificates, in Events Management, Human Resources Management, Supply Chain Management, or Marketing Management, or for more general management, study for a Diploma in Management Studies DMS or a Higher National Diploma HND in Business Management.

Entry Requirements

The student must:

  • be over 18 years of age
  • have at least two years of work experience

or be

  • an Owner Manager wishing to develop and grow their organisation
  • a Consultant with corporate clients.
