Certificate in Events Management Level 5

The Edexcel BTEC Level 5 Certificate in Events Management is a UK nationally accredited and internationally recognised Events Management professional development programme. This distance learning course is designed to provide a wide range of knowledge and understanding for those working in hospitality, entertainment, and the leisure sector, who wish to learn more about this aspect of business.

The content is also suitable for Owner Managers and Consultants who wish to increase their knowledge of best practice in Events Management.

Progression

Students wishing to gain higher level qualifications in this field can progress smoothly on to the Level 5 Diploma in Events Management, giving them a highly respected specialist professional qualification.

As the Certificate is a stand-alone qualification, students who wish to develop their knowledge and understanding of other business areas can study for other Level 5 Certificates, in Leadership, Human Resources Management, Supply Chain Management, or Marketing Management, or for more general management, study for a Diploma in Management Studies DMS, or a Higher National Diploma HND in Business Management.

Entry Requirements

The student must:

  • be over 18 years of age
  • have at least three years of relevant work experience

or be

  • an Owner Manager wishing to develop and grow their organisation
  • a Consultant with corporate clients.
