Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership
The Level 5 Certificate in Management Studies CMS is an internationally recognised programme that is designed to enable supervisors, team leaders, and junior mangers to learn and perform their role more thoughtfully and more effectively.
It is also a suitable qualification for those wishing to change career or move into a particular area of employment following a career break.
Progression
As a Level 5 UK accredited National Framework qualification, the Certificate in Management Studies CMS is also the first step towards a Masters qualification, offering, with appropriate periods of work experience as a manager or specialist, a clear pathway on to the L5 Diploma in Management Studies DMS, the Level 7 Advanced Diploma ADMS and then on to the MBA or other Masters.

Entry Requirements
Access is open to all, but ideally the student should:
- be over 18 years of age
- have at least one year of work experience.
Start Date
Every Monday, except UK Bank Holidays.

Tutor Support
Following registration, you will be allocated a UK-based tutor, who will be available by telephone, fax, and email to discuss your coursework and give advice and guidance on assignments.

Background Reading: 30 minutes average per week
