Diploma in Project Management Level 4

The Level 4 Professional Diploma in Project Management is a UK accredited internationally recognised programme that is designed to enable project team members and team leaders of single and multiple workplace projects to perform their role more thoughtfully and more effectively. The project management training covered by the content is also suitable for Owner Managers and Consultants who wish to increase their knowledge in this area.

In addition, the design of the Level 4 Diploma means that the course also provides a sound basis for managers who wish to develop further and take higher level management and business programmes, such as the Level 6 Diploma in Projects Management, or a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, Marketing, or Quality.

Accreditation

Our Level 4 Professional Diploma in Project Management is accredited by Edexcel, the leading UK Government National Accreditation Body. Edexcel accreditation is recognised internationally and its qualifications are accepted by employers and higher education establishments throughout the world, and by professional associations such as the PMI and APM.

Entry Requirements

Students must:

  • be over 18 years of age
  • have at least 1 year of work experience.

Start Date

Every Monday, except UK Bank Holidays.

10 to 12 months.

Managing the Project Team Members;
Managing Creativity and Conflict;
Internal and External Roles and Responsibilities;
Managing Relationships

Module 6: The Project Closure Stage

Planning and Activating the Closure Point;
A Project Closure Templates

Module 7: Managing Projects: Research, Development, Proposal, Implementation

Individual Report - Planning the implementation of a project

All 7 modules must be successfully completed to gain the award.

Tutor Support

Following registration, you will be allocated a UK-based tutor, who will be available by telephone, fax, and email to discuss your coursework and give advice and guidance on assignments.

Study Time

Module 1: 50 hours spread over duration of course

Modules 2 to 7: 40 - 50 hours per module

Background Reading and Research: 2 hours average per week
