Our internal audit processes and the external verification processes applied by our accreditation bodies and quality auditors ensures that you should be fully satisfied with your choice of course, the study materials, and the support you receive from your personal tutor. However, any request for a refund will be investigated and in genuine cases we will return or replace your course.
