Distance Learning FAQ

When can I start one of your courses?

How flexible will my study schedule be?

How much support will I receive from you?

Our Admissions team will take you through our enrolment process, and answer any questions you have at that stage.

All study materials are included in most of our courses. These will be sent to you after your enrolment is completed. You will then be allocated a UK based Personal Tutor to support you by email, telephone, fax, and post. Your tutor will provide advice and guidance as you work through your course. To help you when you are studying outside UK office times, our tutors will also talk with you in the (UK) evenings and weekends.

You will receive feedback on any assessed assignments that you need to complete, and you will be given advice on revision and examination preparation if your course includes examinations.

On the Study Links page on our website there are a range of links to useful online resources, including one to our Bookshop partners, where you can obtain recommended reading books and journals, if needed.
