About the Course

These BA BSc UoL Accredited degrees have been developed to prepare students for the demanding and highly competitive world of business.

The units draw on current best business practice, consultancy and research.

The degree is for you if you:

  • wish to work in the areas of management consultancy, banking, accountancy and general management
  • if you are currently working as a manager and would like to develop your professional skills and knowledge further
  • if you are already working within a business and wish to progress to management level
  • if you have not decided which profession to pursue, and are interested in the business sector, the management profession  or, perhaps, in starting your own business

This degree provides a solid understanding of the different functional areas of business and provides a good foundation for a successful career in management.

The course is designed to develop excellent analytical skills, which are invaluable to the decision making role of management

and also for further study.

Entry Requirements

  • Over 18 years of age
  • Good High School Grades or
  • Two subjects at GCE “A” Level + at least three subjects at GCSE/GCE “O” Level
  • English Language fluency to IELTS Level 6.0

Assessment

Students need to complete:

  • A total of 13 Units
  • Assessed Assignments per unit
  • One External Examination per unit

External Examinations

Examinations are set and held externally, at University of London Examination Centres, in the UK and Internationally in major cities
